Because the gel is thick, it will still in the bleaching trays and mold itself around your teeth. After 20-30 minutes, this phase of the process will be done. The next step is using the laser light to help the peroxide penetrate the teeth and clear away the stains. This is painless and quick and makes the entire process work more effectively. Finally, you use the enamel rebuilding gel to harden your tooth enamel. While this process is almost exactly like what a dentist does, you will find it plenty easy to do yourself.
